Solar EPC

From a signed-up customer to a commissioned plant, on one project record.

What it does for you

  1. A site survey records the roof, shadow, load and meter details with photos and map coordinates, and prints as a PDF report. You can add your own survey fields.

  2. Proposals are priced from your own item list and come out as a branded PDF. Share it on WhatsApp or mark it sent, record why one was lost, and convert a won proposal into a project. CGST and SGST, or IGST, follow the buyer's GSTIN or state.

  3. Each project has one page for its stages, site survey, bank loans, subsidies, materials, payments, documents and tasks. A stage can carry a checklist that staff tick off. Tabs that belong to another module appear when that module is on.

  4. Record the bank loan on a project and share its monthly EMI and repayment schedule on WhatsApp. Track each subsidy case, with the central (PM Surya Ghar) and state amounts expected, approved, received and pending.

  5. Net-metering applications move through DISCOM stages, each with its own SLA days, and a dashboard shows what is in progress, overdue or due for follow-up. AMC contracts set the visits per year, give each visit a technician and remind you before a visit or the contract expiry.

Who uses it

  • Project managers and site engineers who move each installation through its stages.
  • The proposal desk, which prices and sends quotes.
  • Whoever chases DISCOM approvals, subsidy and bank loans.
  • Service teams that run annual maintenance contracts.
