What it does for you
The app looks up a phone number against your leads, so you know who is calling before you answer.
After a call, one sheet records the outcome and notes, moves the lead to a new stage, and sets the next follow-up.
Recordings are stored with the call. Only people who are allowed to hear them can play them.
Only calls to leads that the caller can see are saved. Personal calls stay out of the system.
