Account Deletion Policy

If you wish to terminate your SolarERP account and delete all associated data, you can request account deletion at any time. This page explains the process and terms of data deletion.
1. How to Initiate Deletion
To delete your account and remove all personal information, you have the following options:
- Via Dashboard: Navigate to User Settings -> Profile -> Delete Account, and confirm your request.
- Via Support: Contact our support team directly at support@solarerp.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
2. Data Retention and Erasure
Once your account deletion request is processed:
- All personal identity information, including name, email, credentials, and settings, will be permanently deleted from our database.
- Any associated tenant profile data and organization files will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days, unless legally required to be retained.
- Historical transactions or billing invoices will be archived securely for accounting compliance and taxation regulations.
